2024 Shift modifier macro tbc

I'm trying to make a macro that when I use the "1" hotkey it uses Fire Ward, and when I use "Shift+1" it uses Frost Ward. I've got it to work with clicking, but I can't figure out how to make it work with just hotkeys.. Unlined mesh full coverage plunge bra

I am trying to set up a dual use macro on my druid to use ironbark without shift and heart essence with shift. Both on mouse over but when casting it, it will only hit myself.
